Questions

  • Select your products and add them to your cart.
  • Once you have everything you want to order, click the Proceed to Checkout button.
  • Fill out the requested details and click the Checkout button.
  • You will then be taken to an order confirmation page which will give you your order number.

Our shipping charges are based on weight/volume and destination (Charges are calculated at the time of selecting the products).
If you would like to change your shipping address, you will need to contact us @ 0300-9077745 within the same day before 5:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) of placing your order with the alternate delivery address. Once your order is on the way then you cannot change your shipping address.
There is no refund policy at hfshop.com.pk. Products once bought will not be refunded. In case the product you have received is defected or not according to images and specification of product ordered. We ensure you that we check the products to 100% before dispatching them to our customers. Still, if you have received a defected product; we would very much take your complaint and resolve it as soon as possible. You should know that we are only giving 1 days to lodge complaint against defected products. No complaint shall be taken if it is lodged after given time.

Once you have received call for confirmation, then your order cannot be cancelled. If you make changes in your order, you can inform us within the same day before 5:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time).

You can pay through CASH ON DELIVERY.

There is no minimum order value.
